Salary and Benefits

• Base salary of $110,000 to $135,000 (depending on experience and location)
• Annual incentive bonus potential of $15,000 to $25,000 based on quality metrics
• Physician partnership track available
• 6 weeks of paid time off (inclusive of vacation, major holidays, and CME)
• $5,000 continuing medical education (CME) stipend
• Tuition reimbursement available
