Position Overview

The Springs in Happy Valley is looking for a Full Time Life Enrichment Assistant who's not just interested in planning activities but is passionate about transforming them into memorable experiences. If the idea of bringing seniors' favorite hobbies, stories, and aspirations to life excites you, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead engaging events in our Memory Care including educational events, exercise, outings, arts and crafts, holiday festivities, and more
  • Partner with residents and team members to create collaborative, resident-centered programs
  • Encourage participation with empathy, patience, and enthusiasm
  • Prepare and serve snacks, adding warmth and care to each gathering
  • Assist with transportation to and from community events

    • Qualifications

  • Experience with seniors or Memory Care (dementia) experience is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

    • Schedule

  • Sunday through Thursday
