We are looking for a Video Banker to join our Main branch located in Nashville, TN. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm and Friday 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm. Compensation : $24 / hour

Day-to-Day Job Duties : The Video Banker position will engage with TENCU members and handle all member interactions in a blended work environment, including telephone, interactive video, web chat, and secure mail. This role will be a part of a team under the direction of the Video Banking Manager in a call center environment.

Duties / Responsibilities

The following duties are normal for this position but should not be interpreted as all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Provide exceptional member service through quality conversations with members in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Performs work in a video banking environment, with the aid of various computer programs.
• Provide front-line member support through multiple service requests or inquiries submitted through email, secure mail, or other digital credit union channels.
• Perform all required tasks to establish new accounts, including maintenance of all deposit products and ancillary services.
• Process member support requests and inquiries including, but not limited to : Reg E Inquires, Stop Payments, ACH inquires, Account Information. Close accounts, Password Resets etc.
• Interview members and process consumer loan applications, including but not limited to gathering all applicable documentation within limits of loan authority, making decisions on consumer loans (close, fund, or disperse consumer loans). Meet with members with declined loans.
• Must have the ability to effectively cross-sell credit union products and services.
