Area Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Representative position is an outside sales position where the RSR is responsible for growing all sales within a defined geographic sales territory. They will bring value to our distributor partners and their customers by solving industries’ most demanding challenges.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regional Sales Representative will have ownership of a defined geographic territory.
• Cover a multi-state territory, requiring 40% - 50% travel
• Implement and execute the national sales strategy
• Participate in CRM pipeline reviews
• Identify potential end-users accounts, secure product specifications, and drive sales through partner distributors
• Lead product training for partner distributors
• Joint sales calls with partner distributors
• Attend industry trade shows

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or significant industry experience
• Metal product experience
• Mechanically inclined – willing to work in industrial settings
• 2-5 years outside industrial sales
• Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
