Utilize local market knowledge to answer questions about homes, market conditions, and neighborhoods. Prior sales experience preferred. Comfortable using technology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities. Driven, self-motivated mindset. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Valid Real Estate License required (assistance available to obtain your license). Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Monday to Friday Self-determined schedule Weekend availability Bonus pay Commission pay
