Key Responsibilities
Assist Sales and Agent Support in identifying enablement needs across the agent lifecycle
Create, update, and organize onboarding materials, job aids, and training resources for agents
Support the execution of training sessions and manage ongoing enablement programs
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, training support, or a related role
Strong understanding of sales processes and familiarity with agent or channel partner environments
Experience with CRM, LMS, or enablement tools is a plus
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable supporting training initiatives and engaging with agents
