Executive Assistant – Support to VP / SVP Leadership
Location : San Diego, CA | 100% Onsite
Duration : Until 6 / 19 / 26. Potential to extend based on business need and performance.
Pay : $30 - $45 per hour, depending on experience
Must be available for occasional travel to Santa Clara, CA for meetings and team events
Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and trusted Executive Assistant to support the North America Customer and Partner Leadership team. This role provides direct support to multiple Vice Presidents located in San Diego, along with backup support to the SVP & President. The position requires a resourceful individual who excels in dynamic environments, demonstrates exceptional judgment, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
The ideal candidate has proven experience supporting executive or C-level leadership, partnering seamlessly across teams, and executing critical administrative responsibilities that enable leaders to operate efficiently and strategically.

Provide comprehensive calendar management for multiple executives, prioritizing inquiries, external engagements, and high-profile meetings.Coordinate and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries.Plan and oversee execution of team events end-to-end, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including maintaining organizational charts, contact lists, and completing expense reports.Serve as a point of contact on behalf of leadership, handling confidential and critical matters with professionalism and sound judgment.Support organizational initiatives, site activities, and team events as assigned.Key Competencies
