Position : Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location : Miami, FL
Pay : From $35.00 / hour
Schedule : MondayFriday | 4045 hours / week | Day Shift | Rotating On-Call

What Youll Be Doing
Technical Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
- Work on Split Systems, Rooftop Units, Packaged Units, DOAS, VAVs / PIUs, Chillers, Boilers, Exhaust Fans, and more
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to keep systems running smoothly
- Read and apply knowledge of wiring diagrams, circuits, and controls
- Use HVAC software and apps for diagnostics, workflow, and reporting
Soft Skills & Teamwork :
Explain technical issues clearly to clients in simple termsJuggle multiple service calls while staying on scheduleCoordinate with suppliers and manage warranty claimsSupport your team and contribute to a positive work cultureStay current with HVAC technologies through ongoing trainingWhat You Bring
3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
Knowledge of building safety systems like CO / NO2 detection and stairwell pressurizationExperience with VRV / VRF systems , especially Daikin or similarStrong communication and organizational skillsClean drivers license and MVRAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced team environmentCertifications & Education
EPA Certification (Universal preferred; Type I & II required)
Refrigerant handling knowledge (EPA-compliant)OSHA training or safety protocol knowledgeAssociate degree or HVAC technical diploma preferredBonus : Certifications like NATE, HVAC ExcellenceBenefits at a Glance
