A typical day as a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional means you'll serve clients with diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team, dedicated to providing you with advanced tax training. You'll build client relationships that will grow stronger every year. It would be even better if you also had a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, experience completing complex returns, and 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax. You should also have experience conducting virtual tax interviews, experience with tax planning and audit support, and sales and / or marketing experience.

What you'll bring to the team includes conducting tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools, preparing complete and accurate tax returns, generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services. You will also provide clients with IRS support, mentor and support teammates, and successfully complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment. You must meet IRS and applicable state requirements and have a high school diploma or equivalent or higher.
