A company is looking for an Account Implementation Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate benefit plan implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for RFP responses and presentations
Evaluate and lead complex benefit plan implementations and manage large account transitions
Collaborate with operational management to establish quality standards for implementations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing / Advertising, or related field
5 years of experience in the health care industry
Active Tennessee Insurance Producer License, or must be obtained within 1 year after hire
Expertise in brokerage, consulting, or benefits management
Strong analytical judgment and organizational expertise
