Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : Earn $350,000 to $400,000 annually
  • Guaranteed Base : $215,000 - $230,500 Depending on Experience
  • Production Bonus, Quality Bonus, Profit Sharing
  • Sign-On Bonus : $30,000
  • Relocation Assistance : $10,000
  • Residency Stipend

  • Family Medicine, Family Medicine with Obstetrics, Internal Medicine
  • Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible (2026 graduates)
