Position Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Cincinnati. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring a smooth and professional communication experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and provide friendly, accurate assistance to customers and clients.
  • Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups, confirmations, and client support tasks.
  • Respond to inquiries about company services and direct callers to the appropriate department.
  • Document call details, update client information, and maintain accurate records in company systems.
  • Process customer requests, forms, and service information with attention to detail.
  • Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or escalate issues to management.
