What Youll Do :

  • Follow up with inbound leads & make outbound calls
  • Qualify prospects & book appointments for agents
  • Keep notes organized in our CRM
  • Hit daily & weekly goals (calls contacts appointments)
  • Build rapport handle objections and keep leads moving
  • Proven experience in sales customer service or call center environment (is preferred but not required)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear confident phone presence
  • Strong ability to build rapport handle objections and close for appointments
  • Highly organized and detail-orientedable to track follow-ups and update CRM consistently
  • Driven by goals and metrics with a no excuses mindset
  • Comfortable making 50100 outbound calls per day
  • Fast learner coachable and open to feedback
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tech-savvyable to quickly adapt to CRM and dialer systems
  • Availability to work a consistent full-time schedule including some evenings and weekends
