ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Nate Nguon Insurance and Financial Services Agency is seeking a driven and competitive Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in insurance products and industry trends to connect with clients, identify their needs, and convert leads into long-term customer relationships. You will also contribute to developing strategic plans and setting agency goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage and maintain client insurance accounts, ensuring information is current.
  • Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and inquiries.
  • Educate clients on insurance products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Handle insurance claims processing and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in insurance or related fields is preferred.
  • Required License : Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C), or willingness to obtain licensing.
