About The Position
Seeking a Board-Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to serve as an Obstetrics Hospitalist. This role involves providing comprehensive inpatient care within a Level 2 NICU setting. Physicians will join a collaborative environment using EPIC EMR, focusing on delivering safe and high-quality obstetrical care.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide expert inpatient obstetrical care, including labor and delivery management.
- Manage approximately 4–5 deliveries per 24-hour shift (majority vaginal, ~25% C-sections).
- Perform inpatient rounds and care for 13–14 patients daily.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Participate in holiday coverage with premium pay.
- Ensure accurate documentation within EPIC EMR.
