As a Product Manager for Bill Payments, you will play a key role in re-imagining the experience to make it seamless for consumers to pay their bills through all available channels and for agents to take payments on behalf of the consumers. You will own the execution of the product roadmap and work collaboratively with Product executives, Product leaders, Designers, Business Analysts, other Product Managers, and cross-functional teams in successfully executing the product vision for Billpay suite of solution.

CSG Forte Payments processes hundreds of billions of dollars in payments every year for hundreds of thousands of merchants across various industries providing them with an omnichannel payment solution. Our Bill payment solution is a B2B2C product that provides a fully configurable turn-key solution for merchants to seamlessly collect their receivables. Billions of dollars in bill payments are collected through Web, Phone and SMS.

We are looking for a Product Manager / Bill Payments who will :

• Own the execution of the roadmap for Billpay solution
• Work with the Product executive, develop product requirements, and partner with the cross-functional team to take it to the finish line and contribute to product strategy, and vision by identifying market opportunities, market threats, industry trends, competitor and regulatory changes to position products and features to increase revenue
• Work closely with internal teams and when and where needed with external customers to understand and evaluate merchant needs utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to identify and prioritize customer pain points to solve issues or concerns
• Operate independently, with minimal supervision to effectively identify solution approaches, prioritizing features, and escalating appropriately
• Be responsible for managing Epics and collaborate closely with internal Agile teams in adding items to the product backlog
• Understand the P&L around the products they support and uses that information to influence project requirements and direction
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with change and ambiguity and is willing to collaborate with internal teams in problem solving while develop constructive working relationships that demonstrates CSG's core competencies and values

Position Pay Range : This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience. $100,081.28-$160,130.04 This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
