[job_card.job_description]Assess clients condition during every visit and trackany observations Take and record measurements of vital signs such asblood pressure temperature heart rate etc. Administer medication as prescribed by the clientsphysician Dress or redress open wounds and assess progressof healing Continuously educate clients their families andother caretakers on proper home health carestrategies and procedures Provide palliative care as needed to keep the clientcomfortable Make recommendations for devices or tools thatmight improve the clients quality of life Listen to clients and be prepared to respond toconcerns or requests Current nursing license in the state Must know Kinnser Current CPR (American Heart Association)Certification Access to reliable transportation Ability to work independently and with directions Compassionate and friendly demeanor Experience with Microsoft Office Excel Outlook andWord to document and track client care activity
