Director of Operations

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Operations to oversee all business operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and management to staff in alignment with the company's mission and values

Develop strategic relationships with customers and ensure compliance across various departments

Collaborate with the President to achieve profitability and implement effective growth strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management

10+ years of experience in the US Federal Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry

10+ years of experience in Business Management and Operations Management supporting the Public Sector

5+ years of experience in US Federal Business Strategy and Development

Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; background check required with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
