Job Description :

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations for the bottling facility.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with a focus on manufacturing costs.
• Monitor and control plant costs, including labor, materials, overhead, and inventor y.
• Partner with plant and operations leadership to improve margins and operational performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation, standard costing, and cost accounting practice s.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
• Lead and develop the accounting team; provide guidance and training as needed.
• Support audits, tax filings, and financial reporting requirements.
• Provide timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
