Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to business units, influencing decision-making through data and insights
Lead employee relations initiatives and manage performance management processes
Optimize HR processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2+ years in an HR Business Partner role
Proficient knowledge of federal and CA state employment laws
Experience in employee relations and conducting investigations
Skilled in HR systems, process design, and project management
Agile and tech-savvy, capable of operating in a fast-paced environment
