Job Description
A confidential precision manufacturing facility is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to produce high-quality components used in mission-critical applications. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced CNC equipment in a clean, climate-controlled environment while supporting secure production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision implants, instruments, or mechanical components.
- Work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and written instructions to set up and run production jobs.
- Adjust machine offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and meet production standards.
- Inspect your own work using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Accurately document production results and report process deviations to supervisors.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all department safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.Active VantageClear certification or equivalent U.S. security clearance is requiredAbility to read blueprints and engineering drawings.Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.Proficiency with basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.Compensation & Benefits
