Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the commercial sector and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ground-up commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure project goals and objectives are met in accordance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior project staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing ground-up construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with K-12, healthcare, or municipal projects is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
