JOB DESCRIPTION : NVIDIA - ENGINEERING TPM - SANTA CLARA CA

NVIDIA is seeking an Engineering TPM to oversee Autonomous engineering development initiatives. This TPM will :

  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and interdependencies across hardware, software, and validation teams.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering leads to define requirements, success metrics, and deliverables.
  • Establish program governance frameworks and tracking mechanisms for technical milestones, budgets, and resources.
  • Drive alignment across multiple teams — including vehicle integration, and testing.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure timely delivery of program goals.
  • Communicate technical progress, blockers, and trade-offs effectively to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience of TPM experience
  • Strong understanding of camera sensors, Optics, Lidar, or ADAS systems
  • Experience overseeing programs related to Camera systems or autonomous systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical / mechanical schematics
  • Bug / ticketing system experience

    • NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Engineering degree
  • Prior experience with the NPI process
