A company is looking for a Business Data Analyst to analyze and transform data into actionable insights for strategic business decisions in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, clean, and validate financial and operational data to ensure accuracy

Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics

Ensure data integrity and support data governance initiatives while adhering to regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field

3-5 years' experience in financial services, preferably with broker-dealer operations or wealth management

Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with Python or R for data analysis

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard development

Familiarity with financial services regulatory requirements (FINRA, SEC) and data privacy standards
