OVERVIEW
Cadrex is searching for an Assembly Operator II who will be responsible for assembling and inspecting components to ensure the quality and functionality of the final product. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and commitment to quality will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble parts and components to build finished products following standardized work instructions and diagrams
- Perform visual and functional inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process, and work with the team to resolve them
- Operate machinery and tools used in the assembly process, ensuring safe and efficient operation
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data, including completed checklists and reports
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
- Strive for efficient production by meeting or exceeding production targets and minimizing downtime
- Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth and productive workflow
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as an Assembly Operator or in a related role in a manufacturing environment (2+ years)Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityBasic knowledge of machine operation and maintenanceAbility to work effectively in a team environmentGood communication skillsBasic computer skills for data entry and documentationUnderstanding of workplace safety proceduresEDUCATION

Salary Description
