[job_card.job_description]Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient operations. Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and optimize performance. Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and improve processes. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts. Proven experience in production or manufacturing roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery - mechanical aptitude strong desired. Familiarity with assembly techniques and plastic (Injection / Blow) manufacturing is a plus. Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Experience with Six Sigma principles is desirable. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the manufacturing facility, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing workflows, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
