Employment Type : Full-time - Contract (2-3 Years)

Schedule : On-site M-F

Salary : $125,000- $145,000 (dependent on experience)

Level : Mid

Location : Long Beach, CA

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to lead complex, high-profile projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This on-site role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale public works and institutional projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. If you have a proven track record in construction project management, strong leadership skills, and thrive in hands-on roles, we'd love to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications for Construction Manager

• Leadership experience in construction project management
• 4+ years as a PM / CM on public works projects
• Design-Build or Progressive Design-Build experience
• Institutional / Higher Education experience preferred
• CSU experience preferred but not required
• Experience working for or with a General Contractor on large construction projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Position is on-site, in person only
