Salary : Position Overview

Tuckernuck is seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented full time Stock Manager to lead inventory operations for our new Georgetown location. This person will work in collaboration with the Store Manager, corporate partners, and store team to manage the flow of store inventory, ensure operational excellence, and prioritize the Tuckernuck customer experience. This position will report to the Store Manager.

Core Responsibilities

  • Owns and oversees the stores inventory management systems.
  • Ensures stock processes are completed efficiently and timely.
  • Creates success through a positive and collaborative store environment - Find the Fun!
  • Comfortable assisting customers, providing excellent service, and helping drive sales.
  • Understands store KPI goals and how their role contributes to achieving the overall store objectives.
  • Ensures an organized and efficient stockroom to support the needs of a high traffic sales floor.
  • Maintains accurate inventory records through audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations
  • Oversees shipping, receiving, consolidations, RTVs, web orders and consignment tracking.
  • Leads seasonal inventory count to meet the yearly shrink target.
  • Trains sales associates on stock procedures and tools.
  • Supports visual team on movement of fixtures, merchandise replenishment and prop storage.
  • Assists Store Manager with any maintenance needs as well as coordinating cleanings or repairs.
  • Orders all supplies, monitors in-store supply inventory, and ensures all areas of the store are consistently stocked with necessary items.
  • Ensures store opening and closing procedures occur in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to resolve transfer order discrepancies.

Omni Channel :

  • Executes BIOPIS, store to store transfers, local delivery and other omni channel services.
  • Collaborates with the CX team to resolve customer service issues.
  • Tests and provides feedback on new technologies or systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Customer Service Champion :

  • Ensures exemplary customer service and exceeds expectations at all opportunities.
  • Fosters a positive, inclusive, and collaborative in store environment aligned with Tuckernucks core values.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or work / life experience equivalent.
  • Experience in retail inventory / stock management, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems (prior experience with POS and inventory software a plus)
  • Flexibility- willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Passion for the Tuckernuck brand and interested in retail / fashion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Compensation

    Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. This position will beclassified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
