This job is located in Warroad, MN.

Highlights of your role :

Product Design Engineer I

Assist in product design and development under supervision.

Perform basic engineering calculations and document results.

Create and modify 3D CAD models and drawings (Inventor preferred).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, materials, and support.

Participate in testing and validation activities.

Product Design Engineer II

Independently lead product design activity and test plans.

Manage and prioritize tasks for multiple and / or complex work packages.

Apply applicable knowledge to product component and assembly designs.

Perform and document moderately complex engineering calculations and analysis.

Work with vendors to develop production component designs.

Develop or review designs in 3D CAD to ensure fit, form, and function.

Verify drawings and specifications for accuracy and design intent.

Communicate product design activities among peers and department leadership.

Collaborate with operations, materials, marketing, sales, support, and project managers.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) :

Product Design Engineer I :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.S.) required.

0–2 years of engineering experience preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and 3D modeling software.

Strong willingness to learn, contribute to team efforts, and communicate effectively

Product Design Engineer II :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.S.) required.

2–4 years of engineering design and development experience.

Experience in design and / or manufacturing processes required.

Working knowledge of 3D Modeling software (Inventor preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven track record of success on product development and / or continuous improvement projects.
