Salary : $600,000 - 750,000 base + bonus + benefits package
Position Overview
Our Client is seeking a Head of Real Estate Finance to lead all legal aspects of real estate, energy‑adjacent infrastructure, financing structures, and site development transactions across North America and international markets. This executive will serve as a strategic partner, supporting rapid data‑center expansion, energy partnerships, long‑term property control, and complex project‑finance arrangements.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 10–15+ years of experience in real estate finance, project finance, or infrastructure transactions.
- Must come from a law‑firm, ideally with a current book of business.
