Shift : Day Evening or Night (8-hour shifts)

Hours : 40 hours / week

Pay Rate : $30$36 / hr ($1125$1350 weekly)

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting job in Far Rockaway NY.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care within LPN scope of practice.

Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to supervising staff.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments.

Assist residents with ADLs including bathing dressing and mobility.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Support resident care plans and collaborate with the care team.

Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Follow infection-control and safety procedures.

Respond to emergencies according to established protocols.

Qualifications

Active New York LPN license.

Minimum 1 year of LTC / Nursing Home experience (preferred).

Current CPR / BLS certification.

Strong communication assessment and documentation skills.

Ability to work variable shifts (Day / Evening / Night).
