Your New Role

This position is responsible for managing the production incentive process for episodic television offered by domestic jurisdictions.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Provide guidance to budgeters on how to estimate the incentive for various jurisdictions and review the budget to ensure the incentive is calculated properly.
• Ensures a project will qualify for an incentive by researching all applicable rules, communicating to the stakeholders and monitoring compliance throughout the project's life cycle.
• Maintains and updates internal incentive tracking database.
• Prepares all necessary forms, applications and registrations necessary to qualify for various production incentive programs.
• Manage timing expectations from production incentive receivables
• Coordinates with internal departments (e.g. Finance, Tax, Legal, Business Affairs, Post, etc) in all aspects related to production incentives on project specific issues
• Provides guidance to Production Accounting on all incentive related matters.
• Liaise with international consultants and service providers on all production incentive related matters
• Assists with ad hoc projects / analysis

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range : $83,300.00 - $154,700.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
