Description

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and / or Production Group Leader perform assembly tasks as assigned, efficiently and accurately and in a timely manner

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Arrive at work on time and follow all time in / time out policies of the company.
• Perform all assigned jobs per work order instructions.
• Notify supervision if work instructions are not available, accurate or complete.
• Keep work area / shop organized and picked up as required.
• Complete all required time sheets and work orders each day.
• Notify management when problems occur with equipment
• Responsible for knowledge and adherence to all ERP procedures as regards production assembly.
• Responsible for knowledge and adherence to, and promotion of quality policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Responsible for adherence to and promotion of maximum safety standard, ensuring personal and fellow employees’ safety by adhering to company safety rules and procedures.
• Responsible for adherence to applicable ITAR regulations.
• Perform other duties as may be required by supervisor.

Requirements

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience : Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits :

Pay Range : $18.25 - $20.00 per hour (Pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data).
