Key Responsibilities
Maintain the flow of Ginnie Mae original documents and clear exception items for pool certifications
Coordinate with custodians and external parties to retrieve and manage documents related to loan servicing
Process and track orders of files, ensuring timely shipment and organization of documents
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Two to three years of experience in banking, real estate, or mortgage servicing
Knowledge of servicing systems and various loan documents preferred
Familiarity with Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac document retention guidelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing skills
