Job Summary :

As a Parts Specialist at American Truck Centers, you’ll play a crucial role in helping customers and service technicians find the right parts for Class 6, 7, and 8 trucks.

You’ll manage inventory, process orders, and deliver exceptional customer service to keep our customers' trucks on the road.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering parts for Class 6-8 trucks
• Recommend the best parts and products based on customer needs
• Keep accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
• Work with vendors and suppliers to check availability and secure pricing
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and service teams
• Maintain a clean, organized parts storage area
• Handle customer inquiries over the phone and online with a friendly, professional attitude
• Collaborate with the service department to meet customer needs efficiently
