We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various hair techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating stunning hairstyles, offering expert advice on hair care, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients.

• Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments.
• Demonstrate expertise in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with industry standards.
• Use salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering personalized consultations and recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience while meeting retail sales goals.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing appointments.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members on best practices and salon protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, barbering, nail care, and overall beauty techniques.
• Experience
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Familiarity with salon software systems is preferred; experience with MINDBODY is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• A background in store management or retail math is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay : $33,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
