Job Description

Oversee all field operations for ground-up data center construction projects. Manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with client specifications and mission-critical requirements. Conduct daily site inspections and coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders. Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Superintendent on data center projects (must-have). Comfortable with permanent on-site presence at project locations. Strong background in ground-up construction; tilt-wall experience a plus. Limited job changes (no more than 3 moves in the past 7 years). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
