Regional Director Of Facilities
The Regional Director Of Facilities At Rose Senior Living Is Responsible For Overseeing All Aspects Of Plant Services Operations Across Multiple Communities. This Role Involves Managing Budgets, Ensuring Compliance With Safety Regulations, And Leading Initiatives To Improve Facilities Management. The Director Will Work Closely With The Divisional Operations Manager To Develop Long-Term Strategies For Operational Excellence And Safety, While Also Providing Hands-On Support For Various Facilities-Related Issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage The Capital Expense Budget And Track Implementation.
- Develop, Implement, And Monitor Life Safety Policies And Procedures To Ensure Regulatory Compliance.
- Create A Long-Term Plan For Facilities Management, Focusing On Expense Control And Safety Improvements.
- Lead The Organization During Natural Disasters Or Community Emergencies.
- Provide Facilities Support On Issues Related To Building Envelope, Machinery, Environmental Concerns, And Life Safety.
- Assist Communities With The Capital Expense Process And Provide Expertise As Needed.
- Manage Special Projects Including Renovations And Upgrades To Facilities.
- Develop Short And Long-Term Goals Aligned With The Corporate Business Plan.
- Manage Major Corporate Facilities Issues Such As Hvac Repairs And Renovations.
- Assist In Defining Hiring Guidelines For Plant Service Directors And Conduct Skills Evaluations.
Requirements
Facilities Management, Or A Similar Field Preferred.5+ Years Of Experience In Facilities Management Or Related Field.Experience Managing Multi-Site Properties.Benefits
