Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Living Support : Assist clients with personal care like bathing, dressing, and meal prep, tailored to their unique needs.
  • Community Connection : Help with errands, outings, or light housekeeping to keep their space safe and welcoming.
  • Encouragement & Companionship : Be a friendly presence, share activities they love, and boost their independence.
  • Health & Safety Checks : Follow care plans, remind them about meds, and keep an eye out for any changes to report.
  • Teamwork : Share updates with supervisors to ensure the best support for every client.
