[job_card.job_description]Design develop and optimize complex SQL queries stored procedures (SP) functions and triggers. Develop and maintain PL / SQL scripts packages and functions for database automation and process improvements. Implement and optimize database indexing query performance tuning and partitioning strategies. Collaborate with Java developers to integrate databases with Java-based applications. Design and maintain ETL processes for data migration transformation and integration. Troubleshoot database issues deadlocks slow queries and performance bottlenecks. Manage database security backups and recovery strategies. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Maintain documentation for database architectures configurations and best practices. 8 years of experience in SQL and PL / SQL development. Strong expertise in Stored Procedures (SPs) development. Hands-on experience in Java programming for database integration and application development. Proficiency in Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL or MS SQL Server databases. Experience in query optimization performance tuning and indexing. Knowledge of database design normalization and data modeling. Familiarity with ETL tools scripting and batch processing. Experience with Unix / Linux shell scripting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creating DDL for the DBA to execute for creating and maintaining the DB objects
