Tax Senior / Experienced Tax Staff | Public Accounting Firm

Job Type : Full-Time

Department : Tax

Reports to : Tax Manager / Senior Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated team member to join our growing tax team. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing federal, state, and local tax returns, perform tax research, and support clients and internal teams with compliance and planning.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

Assist with tax planning and consulting projects

Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Research tax issues and summarize findings

Keep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law

Ensure accuracy and compliance in all tax filings

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)

CPA or CPA candidate preferred

Strong Excel and general computer skills

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
