Objectives of this Role
- Support product owners and delivery teams by providing data-driven insights and executing personalization strategies using Adobe Target.
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align personalization and testing initiatives to strategic goals.
- Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain a well-defined Adobe Target activity backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value and ROI.
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for personalization, A / B testing, and agile project management.
- Champion Adobe Target capabilities and ensure alignment with digital product strategy and experience delivery goals.
- Serve as a champion for quality assurance and testing excellence across personalization and optimization cycles.
Responsibilities
Plan and prioritize Adobe Target activities and personalization backlog.Translate business objectives into clear test hypotheses and personalization specifications, ensuring they are measurable and actionable.Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize personalization stories, experiments, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint / release goals.Support release planning for personalization and testing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of new experiences.Serve as Adobe Target ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.Collaborate with engineering and content teams to implement Adobe Target activities, including audience setup, targeting rules, and recommendations.Ensure Adobe Target enhancements and experiments are scoped, prioritized, and delivered in alignment with business needs.Coordinate testing efforts across teams, ensuring test plans, scripts, and environments are in place and aligned with release goals.Promote a culture of testing excellence, including functional, accessibility, and regression testing, and ensure defects are tracked and resolved efficiently.Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to inform future personalization strategies and product decisions.Required Skills and Qualifications
