Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Career-focused with a strong drive for accuracy and compliance. Position Overview :
As a Customs Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and compliant Customs entry processing while navigating ever-changing trade regulations. You’ll classify goods, manage documentation, coordinate with regulatory partners, and ensure smooth and timely clearance for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being a true expert in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate Customs entries.
- Classify products under the HTSUS and ensure full compliance with CBP regulations.
- Process ISFs, Post Summary Corrections, and Protests.
- Review import documents for accuracy (invoices, BOLs, PGA documentation, COO, etc.).
- Communicate with CBP, importers, carriers, and forwarders to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on tariff changes, regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
