Accounts Receivable Representative 2

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative 2 who is proficient in handling escalated account and payer disputes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complex edits, appeals, and advanced account activities including lien adjudication and settlement requests

Act as a billing and reimbursement expert for a defined payer product line

Identify payer and system issues to initiate project requests for process improvements and attend meetings with payer representatives

Required Qualifications

Proficient in Accounts Receivable Representative 1 responsibilities

Experience with professional billing, appeals, contracts, and denials

Knowledge of Epic software

Ability to handle escalated account activities and appeals

Experience in risk management and fraud cases
