Workday Deployment Sales Director
The ERPA Workday Practice is seeking a Workday Deployment Sales Director in the SLED market. The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record of selling complex solutions within the Workday partner ecosystem and will be a key member of our sales team, reporting to the ERPA Senior Vice President of Sales.
As a SLED Sales Director, you'll be responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy specifically in the Higher Education market, selling Workday professional deployment services to Workday net new Higher Education accounts. The right person will be passionate about our mission, highly strategic and competitive by nature, and understand how to partner with stakeholders to gain the best results for clients and our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage deal cycles across all prospective accounts.
- Maintain a 3X pipeline of deals to quota
- Manage a quarterly sales quota
- Engage with prospects to provide services
- Work with company counterparts to source and execute deals
- Develop / plan your sales strategy and effectively position the ERPA's services
- Set a strategy for deal success
- Actively update the pipeline to ensure management is aware of deal flow
- Develop and maintain relationships with Workday Account Executives and Services Executives, including in-person relationship building with all in-region field offices
- Run complex sales cycles, managing prospects and internal staff
- Organize and lead responses to RFPs and RFIs
- Manage multiple, concurrent deal cycles, maintaining accurate and timely client, pipeline, and forecast data
Qualifications :
Minimum 5+ years of experience with an excellent track record selling Workday Services, including Workday deployment servicesAbility to understand and effectively communicate the benefits of Workday's value proposition and system architectureUnderstanding of the Workday Deployment methodologyFamiliarity with consultative selling methodologies and the ERP Cloud landscapeBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceExceptional presentation skills with the ability to present to all organizational levelsAbility to work with internal team members and deliver to estimate the services needsProfessional and / or personal alignment with aligned Workday sales colleaguesExperience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as using SaaS applications such as SalesforceAbility to travel 50% to onsite prospect meetings, including oral presentations, and to Workday locations for effective relationship development.Provide support for marketing activities and eventsWork with the internal Delivery team to develop estimates for workPosition ERPA ahead of competitorsMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM informationAdditional duties as assigned by the managerIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
