Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle payroll complexities. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling payroll-related discussions. Maintain the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple payroll groups effectively. Show proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll management tools.
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $35.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities :
- Process high-volume payroll for 1-3 groups, depending on the size of the network.
- Manage biweekly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee payroll functions for 1-3 groups, covering approximately 2,000 employees.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries via phone, communicating with doctors and employees regarding personal payroll matters.
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies, including LOAs, sick pay, breaks, 401(k), and multi-state payroll requirements.
