Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker. Comfortable working in a fast?paced, highly dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time?management, oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self?starter who can manage multiple projects and establish priorities. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through. Solid budgeting, accounting, and PR strategy execution skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Canva. Writing sample required. Willing and able to work varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Marketing Director Centennial
Centennial is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the planning and execution of consumer marketing initiatives for our community?focused retail centers. The incumbent will build brand awareness, drive tenant sales, and create engaging customer experiences.
Base Pay Range
$75,000 $80,000 per year
Principal Job Activities
- Support and activate all consumer promotional concepts, services, and marketing programs.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Corporate Marketing to create budget and strategic local marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute annual event plans that reflect the property positioning and meet local market needs, while driving tenant sales performance.
- Produce, curate, and manage all published digital content (images, video, written) and maintain the property website, weekly email blasts, and social media channels.
- Protect and build the Centennial brand by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
- Develop center directories, maintain window displays, and coordinate center decor.
- Maintain property retailer and marketing promotional materials and support property?wide marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of key marketing activities, measure results, and communicate performance to ownership and Corporate.
- Build community relationships and support local partnerships to drive property growth.
- Support sales?oriented programs and initiatives across all divisions of the organization.
- Handle day?to?day administrative functions of the marketing department, including reports and file maintenance.
- Measure marketing effectiveness and results through reporting, research programs, and analytical tools.
