About the Role :

We are launching a new health plan in , focusing exclusively on Medicare Advantage plans. To support this initiative, we are building out the reporting infrastructure for this new line of business and are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support Medicare Advantage reporting and analytics needs.
• Work with CMS claims submission and HCC coding processes, including , MOR, MAO, and MMR files.
• Develop SQL data marts and provide advanced reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate risk adjustment and claims submission processes.
