We are launching a Medical Fitness & Longevity Division in Silicon Valley focused on metabolic health, weight management, women's hormonal wellness (PCOS, perimenopause, menopause), NAD optimization, and chronic condition support.

We are seeking a CA-licensed independent Nurse Practitioner for a telehealth medical partnership - not a job

Responsibilities:

GLP-1 prescribing

NAD oversight

Telehealth metabolic assessments

Chronic Care Management

Monthly medical follow-ups
