A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager responsible for driving operational excellence across the Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the cross-functional liaison for Customer Success, ensuring representation in various organizational conversations
Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities from customer interactions, and build dashboards for operational performance visibility
Create and maintain internal documentation for Customer Success processes and support the internal operating rhythm
Required Qualifications
BA / BS Degree required
4+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or related fields
Experience building dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, particularly with Product, Sales, and Delivery
Experience supporting or enabling Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment
